LOG SHEETS - Material Covered Reporting

It is important that we have accurate logs of what material is covered in each class.  You have several options for submitting this information:

1.  DOWNLOAD and complete the attached form and then email it to us.

2.  INSERT Material Covered in the notes section of your timesheet.

3.  COMPLETE the following form:
