AIA is contractually obligated to submit progress reports for each program on regular intervals. You will be contacted by the office when a progress report is due. We expect it will be submitted within 10 days of receipt. It is an important part of your job.
Click on a link below to open the form. When prompted, save it to your computer, complete it, and click save again. On the document toolbar, click FILE, SEND TO, MAIL RECIPIENT and email the form to Audrey Miller.
