Mary has worked for over two decades in the field of language and
cross-cultural training. Her corporate experience and background in
business administration have allowed her to build two successful
training companies. Her years of consulting combined with
experience living and traveling abroad contribute to her ability to
identify the personal needs of each client and to build programs
that meet those needs. In addition to her position as chief
executive officer of the company, Mary is also a respected
contributor to the field of cultural training and often participates
in the AIA programs.

University's School of International Service where she studied
cross-cultural communication and Latin American economics and
business. She received her Masters of Business Administration
in International Management from Thunderbird: The Garvin
School of International Management with a concentration in corporate
strategy and international operations. She has lived in
France, Spain and Costa Rica and traveled extensively throughout the
world. With over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical
operations, Molly has developed a leading team of language
professionals dedicated to life sciences language support services.

Hanculakova was born and grew up in the Slovak Republic. She is
currently studying at Raritan Valley Community College and will
receive her Associates degree in International Business in December
2007. Slavka speaks Slovak, Czech and Polish.

Jerusha T. Lamptey

Jerusha Lamptey is an anthropologist specializing in
multicultural/international education and religious/cultural
diversity. She has facilitated international and multicultural
education programs in Africa and the United States and has conducted
cultural research as an independent scholar, for the Smithsonian
Institution, and as a Fulbright Scholar. She has degrees in
anthropology, comparative religion, and Islamic religious sciences
and has lived in Canada, France and Ghana. She speaks French and Ga
and is currently studying Arabic. Jerusha is currently a doctoral
candidate at Georgetown University.
