Mary has worked for over two decades in the field of language and cross-cultural training. Her corporate experience and background in business administration have allowed her to build two successful training companies. Her years of consulting combined with experience living and traveling abroad contribute to her ability to identify the personal needs of each client and to build programs that meet those needs. In addition to her position as chief executive officer of the company, Mary is also a respected contributor to the field of cultural training and often participates in the AIA programs.

Molly A. Rhodes-Naughton, MBA

Molly received her undergraduate degree from the American University's School of International Service where she studied cross-cultural communication and Latin American economics and business. She received her Masters of Business Administration in International Management from Thunderbird: The Garvin School of International Management with a concentration in corporate strategy and international operations. She has lived in France, Spain and Costa Rica and traveled extensively throughout the world. With over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, Molly has developed a leading team of language professionals dedicated to life sciences language support services.
